So, I called the company and asked for brochures and papers and then tried for 3 months. To my great surprise, it really work. It significantly reduce my pain and stiffness. After that I decided to continue to take Lyprinol and set up a “Mission impossible” goal that I should climb up to Mt. Jade(3,952Meters high, the highest mountain in Taiwan and East Asia)one day. I started to try hills around my home and then small mountains in the Northern Taiwan. During the time, I felt my pain and stiffness have improved a lot.
